The following terms and conditions apply to agreements entered into with AYA Legal Group (“AYA Legal Group”), CVR no.: 46414748, regarding legal assistance and when visiting and using the website.
A distinction is made between the provision of legal services to business clients and private clients respectively. All clients who enter into an agreement for legal assistance with us via the website's contact form, email, telephone or otherwise, receive these terms and conditions as a link in their engagement letter. The client thus accepts the terms in their entirety and without changes as applicable to the legal relationship between the parties.
By using the website www.ayalegal.dk, these terms and conditions are also accepted as terms for visiting, using and conduct on the website and in relation to its content, and it is simultaneously accepted that the processing of personal data and the use of cookies takes place in accordance with the company's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
AYA Legal Group's advisory is characterized by a well-considered and solution-oriented approach. This includes, among other things, that the client is continuously involved in the process and kept updated on the progress of the case, thereby ensuring a safe and transparent advisory process.

Fees, Payment and Deposit
AYA Legal Group works with a combination of fixed-price services and advisory based on time spent, depending on the nature, scope and complexity of the service.
Fixed-price services
Certain legal services are offered at a fixed price. These services are listed with a detailed description and price indication on the website under the relevant service.
Services based on time spent
For services where a fixed price is not appropriate, advisory is billed based on time spent at an hourly rate of DKK 1,500 excl. VAT (DKK 1,875 incl. VAT).
Deposit
As a general rule, a reasonable and appropriate deposit must be paid prior to commencing the advisory work. The deposit serves as prepayment of the fee and is offset against the final settlement.
Intellectual Property Rights
AYA Legal Group owns all rights to the website's content and material, including but not limited to texts, service descriptions, articles, graphic elements and the overall structure and presentation.
