04 / No cure no pay

A fee linked to the result.

In selected matters, we offer a no cure no pay model with a smaller base fee and an agreed success fee. We assess together whether the model suits your situation.

An agreed base fee

The base fee is payable regardless of the outcome. The arrangement is therefore not entirely free if the matter is unsuccessful.

An agreed percentage

The success fee is a percentage of the amount successfully claimed or the savings achieved for you, depending on the matter.

Terms agreed in advance

The base fee, percentage, calculation basis, VAT and the outcome that triggers the success fee are agreed in writing before work begins. Any disbursements are also clarified.

Questions & answers

Good to know about your fee.

When do I know what the work will cost?
Before we start, we agree a fixed fee or give you an estimate for time-based work. For a result-based arrangement, the base fee and success fee are agreed in writing.
Do I pay if a no cure no pay matter is unsuccessful?
Yes. Our model includes a base fee that is payable regardless of the outcome. The success fee depends on the result and the terms agreed for your matter. Any separate costs are clarified in the agreement.
What happens if the scope of the work changes?
We inform you as soon as possible if new information or circumstances change the expected work or fee. The scope and any further costs are discussed with you.
